Do you provide Health Benefits to your Employees? ACA Requirements:

The Affordable Care Act requires that certain employers providing health insurance to their employees must file an IRS Form 1095-C and provide it to their employees. The original due date was January 31, 2016 but the IRS extended that date until March 31, 2016.

However, your employees are supposed to have this form to file their personal income tax return. So, the sooner you can complete it the better!

If your company employed an average of at least 50 full-time employee equivalents, even if you were not required to provide health insurance, you may also have reporting requirements to prove that was the case.
